Asst.Prof.Dr. Kritsada Sriphaew is currently a Dean of Rangsit
University International College. He graduated Bachelor's degree from
Computer Engineering, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology. After
graduation, he received a Royal Golden Jubilee scholarship from
Thailand Research Fund for pursuing combined Master-Ph.D. program
at Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat
University. He has several working experiences both in academic area
and industrial area such as Sonetwork Co.,LTD., Elixir Soft Co.,LTD.,
Phuket Smarttech Co.,LTD., etc.
Ms.Amporn Puapradit is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and
also served as Head of International Business Program, Rangsit
University International College for 10 years. She is also a lecturer in
Global Competitive Strategy, Cross Cultural Management,
International Business Logistics and Modern Management and
Organization Behavior. Her experience focuses on developing life and
study of students including training them to participate in statup,
Business plan competition and Business case Analysis competition
domestically and internationally, organizing several academic seminars
for organization and encouraging students to join in study aboard
program and international experience trips in Asia, ASEAN, Europe
and New Zealand. She also takes part in conducting an ASEAN Virtual
Business Plan Competition for three countries-Australia, Malaysia and
Thailand (2018) granted by Australian Department of Foreign Affairs
and Trade (DFAT) to) and also served as an adviser and reviewer for students’ paper to be published in RSU National and International
Research Conference 2018. Her experience academically and
internationally would provide useful contribution to the project.
Dr. Kulabutr Komenkul is now the Associate Dean for Administration
and International Affairs at Rangsit University International College.
Also, he is a lecturer in Finance and Investment at Rangsit Business
School, Rangsit University. He holds a PhD and MRes in Finance, both
from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, UK. Komenkul received the
best PhD student paper award at the British Accounting and Finance
Association (BAFA) Conference 2014 at Northumbria University,
Newcastle, UK. In addition, he received the Stock Exchange of Thailand
(SET) best paper award in capital market at the Asian Finance
Association (ASIAN FA) Annual Conference 2016, Bangkok Thailand.
Komenkul has diverse research interests including asset pricing,
corporate finance and behavioural finance. He is author or co-authors of
several articles that have been published on Applied Economics, Journal
of Financial Regulation and Compliance, Investment Management and
Financial Innovations Journal and Inquiry: Journal of Healthcare
Organization, and Provision and Financing. His teaching has included
Business Finance, Financial Management, Derivatives, Business Plans
and Quantitative Business Research.
Nuananong Panmanee

Dr. Nuananong Panmanee, a former Dean of Faculty of Humanities,
Bangkok University, a former Vice President of International Stamford
University, Thailand and was also a former Dean of International
College, Rangsit University responsible for five bachelor’s degree
program. She is now currently working as a full-time faculty member
teaching Marketing and Management courses.
As a dean, she strongly and actively contributed to develop new
academic programs and been a great supporter of interdisciplinary
education. She conducted and presented a research project entitled
“Organizational Commitment of Employees in Private Service Sector in
Bangkok Thailand.
In addition she has served as a thesis advisor for Master’s degree
students in Business and Public Administration.
Dr. Nuananong Panmanee’s extensive experiences in academic and
management would definitely provide a valuable contribution to the
project.
Kanitsorn Terdpaopong
Assistant Prof. Dr. Kanitsorn Terdpaopong served as International
Program Director at Rangsit University, Thailand for five years and also
served as associate dean for international affairs of the Faculty of
Accountancy since 2012. She is an assistant editor of the Rangsit Journal
of Social Sciences and Humanities – International Journal founded by
Rangsit University. She has a strong background in research. Her research interests are on small and
medium-sized enterprises; succession plans for small and medium firms;
business valuation; and management accounting practices. With a
decade of research experience, she has received several research grants
from Rangsit Research Institution, and prestigious grants from public
research organizations such as Thai Research Fund, The Office of
Higher Education Commission (2013 and 2016) and recently at the
international level, she received grants from Australian Department of
Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to conduct an ASEAN Virtual
Business Plan Competition (2018) and research grants from Newton
Fund (2017), Australian Endeavor Executive Fellowship Award (2018)
and Taiwan Fellowship Award (2018). Dr. Kanitsorn has extensive
experiences in academic, research and has a strong connection with
international networks; she therefore would provide tremendous
contributions to the project.
Ms. Jay Chunsuparerk is a Head of International Business Program at
Rangsit University International College. She is also a guest lecturer at
Institute of Diplomacy and International Study of Rangsit University
and several other universities in Thailand including Kasetsat University,
Siam University, and Assumption University. Her experience is unique
mix of market analytics, strategic business development, and project
management. She have over 10 years of experience working in both
small business and top-tier multinational firms from various industry
including Johnson&Johnson, Novartis, Siemens, Lazada and etc. She
used to live and work in several countries across Asia (Thailand,
Malaysia, Indonesia, and China) as well as United State which provide
her a better understanding of culture diversity, engagement, and social
development.
Yunlin Yang

Dr. Yunlin Yang, graduated as a PhD in Finance from Newcastle
University UK. Before started his academic career at Rngsit University
as a lecturer in Finance, he workes as teaching assistant at Newcastle
University for three years. Dr. Yunlin Yang's research interests lie in
the filed of empirical finance, with particular focus on capital
efficiency, behaviour finance especially, momentum profitability, the
impact of institutional and individual on stock market behaviour and
emerging market.
