Olimpia C. Racela

Olimpia C. Racela earned her D.B.A. in Marketing f om Tharnmasat
University in Thailand.She also holds B.B.A.s in Economics and in
Marketing and a M.B.A. fom Pittsburg State University in Kansas,
Currently, she is an assistant professor at the Mahasarakham Business
School, Thailand, where she teaches undergraduate and doctorate
courses in Strategic Management, Marketing Strategy and International
Marketing. She has also been an invited lecturer at several of
Thailand's private and state universities' international business
programs. Her main academic interests include research in strategic
orientations, marketing and business strategy, international marketing,
new product development and in writing of business cases f om
Southeast Asia country contexts. Olimpia is from Oahu, Hawaii and
has resided in Thailand since 1996.

Pornlapas Suwannarat



Pornlapas (Paul) Suwannarat is currently an Assistant Professor at
Department of International Business, and Associate Dean for
Research and International Affairs, Mahasarakham Business School,
Mahasarakham University, one of the fast-growing business schools in
Thailand. He received his BA in Economics from Thammasat
University, Thailand in 1993, and MSc in Telecommunications
Systems Management (TSM) in 2001 from Murray State University,
Kentucky, USA where he received TSM Distinguished Alumni Award
in 2011. Also, Paul earned his MA in Business Economics
(International Business) from the National Institute of Development
Administration (NIDA), Thailand in 2002 and PhD in International
Business from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent
University, UK in 2009.

Andrew R Cottam


Andrew R. Cottam is currently a principle lecturer in International
Business Management at Mahasarakham Business School,
Mahasarakham University following an extensive career in Global
Marketing, Management and Consulting. Andrew is a widely
experienced senior consultant/manager/Lecturer/Researcher who has
experience with British Telecom (BT) PLC, and other Global and
Multinational companies. His experience working in a diverse range of
cultures across Europe, Africa and Asia has led to him becoming
highly respected for his International Business, Marketing and Product
Management capability and expertise.

Warawut Waranantakul

Warawut Waranantakul earned his PhD in Management from
Mahasarakham Business School, Mahasarakham University, Thailand
in 2003. He also holds BSc in Food Technology from Thai Chamber of
Commerce University and MBA (International Business) from
Wollongong University, Australia. Currently, he is a lecturer at the
Mahasarakham Business School, Thailand, where he teaches
undergraduate courses in Small Business Management, Innovation and
New Entrepreneurship, Management and Organisational Behavior.
His main academic interests include research in entrepreneurship,
brand strategy, international alliances, marketing knowledge absorptive
capacity, and relationship marketing.
