He is one of senior lecturer in Business Management Department that
have a strong knowledge and experience background in supply chain
management and project management. Bambang has earned his
bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of
Technology in 1999 and master degree in Management Science from
University of Indonesia in 2010. Currently he is Vice Director for
General Administration and Finance Affair and also Head of Center of
Competitiveness Study at Polibatam. Besides of two main subjects, he
is also lecturing in Entrepreneurship, Business Finance, Quality
Management, Leadership and Change Management.
She is a senior lecturer in Business Management Department. She has a
strong knowledge and experience background in finance, international
business, and project management. She earned her bachelor degree from
Bandung Institute of Technology in 2003 and master of business
administration concentrating international business and finance from
Tulane University, United States of America in 2013.
Currently she is the head of Business and Management Department
involving 3 study programs, 1250 students and 55 staffs. Her topic
research mostly focuses on: higher education management, distibution
channel, financial performance, exports and imports. In the proposed
project, she is responsible for engaging faculty, staff and students in
participating actively in the project
She is one of the lecturers majoring in Business Management who has a
strong background of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship,
administration of trade management and administration of service
management, and Human Resources. She has obtained his bachelor
degree in Business Administration from Universitas Brawijaya in 2002
and Master of Business Administration from Brawijaya University in
2010. Currently She is Vice Chairman of the Center for Research and
Community Service and Head of Micro Small and Gender Studies
Center in Polibatam. In addition to the main courses, She also teaches in
the areas of Business Communication Ethics, Business and Management
Introduction, and Office Administration.
He is a lecturer at the business management of the department of now
served as the head of the program applied the administration of a
business .He has knowledge and experience in marketing , public
relations , and the science of economics and business, as well as
entrepreneurship. He has earned his bachelor degree in business
administration from brawijaya university in 2002 and a master degree in
business administration from brawijaya university in 2007. He is also
lecturing in marketing management , organizational behavior ,
entrepreneurship , public relations , basic economic and business , etc .

He is a staff at the Polibatam Office of International Affairs (OIA). He actively builds positive relationships with stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement of enganging Batam State Polytechnic with industries and foreign stakeholders since 2015. He earned his bachelor degree from Diponegoro University in 2015. In this project, he is responsible for making sure all programs runs smoothly and efficiently. He loves photography, music, and movies.

He is a senior lecturer who has a strong background of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and management. In addition to those main courses, he also teaches in the areas of business ethics. He has obtained his bachelor degree in Psychology from Universitas Gajah Mada in 2003 and Master in Management from the same university in 2007. He currently serves as reviewer for Journal of Applied Managerial Accounting and the annual International Conference of Applied Economics and Social Science. He loves playing table tennis. He is a senior lecturer who has a strong background of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and export import. In addition to the those main courses, he also teaches in the areas of financial management and operational management. He inspires students to become an entrepreneur via his club, Energi stands for Entrepreneur Generation. He has obtained his bachelor degree in Management from Universitas Gajah Mada in 2010 and Master in Development Economics from the same university in 2014. Currently he is Head of the applied expertise group of economics and management of the Center for Research and Community Service. He also serves as Editor in Chief of Jurnal Akuntansi, Ekonomi Dan Manajemen Bisnis and editor of Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (ABDIMAS). He loves cooking and gardening.
